Making chicken curry
- Ingredients used:
- 950g of chicken
- X2 teaspoons of salt
- X2 tablespoon of Papa Ji
- spice mix ( use less if you don’t like it hot)
- Chopped coriander
- 1/2 tin of chopped tomato
- 3 tablespoons spoons Oil
- A little bit of hot water (depending on how much gravy you would like)
Magic spice mix rubbed with a touch of oil and salt and air fried for 10 mins.
